Do I have to know exactly what I want?
No, a ballpark is a great place to start. Since there's a lot of items you probably don't realize you'll need, it's a good idea to have 1-3 inspiration images or items you gravitate towards to help us know what you like. Part of our niche is the fact that we're full-service. Allowing you to sit back and enjoy the process.
Do You charge to come look at our project?
Yes. We charge a site visit fee, which allows you the dedicated time with one or two of us in your space, to look around, meet you, hear your hopes and dreams, take measurements and give advice. This allows you the focused time without feeling rushed for us to hear you and make the best decision moving forward.
What should we expect?
Our team works hard to make sure you know all of the costs up front before any project. While this may take us more time to estimate than others, we work hard to make sure that unless something is hidden in the walls (or you ask for an add-on) your cost is going to be your cost.
