Craftsman Modern Kitchen
A small ‘one-butt’ kitchen is now a 3-rear and it couldn’t have come at a better time. Right before the pandemic this little beauty was completed. It resulted in blowing out an existing small kitchen and tripling the size of it. Which meant moving an exterior door from the previous dining room to the opposite side of the room (now the new living room) and pulling the windows out that were in the kitchen to bring them up to counter height, dispersed across the entirely new space. The entry to the previous kitchen was removed and the wall was extended to create some privacy from the main entry of the home (because sometimes you just don’t get to the dishes) and the staircase in the middle of the house was opened up to create a more open concept space.
Of course all new appliances, cabinetry, counters and one heck of a statement backsplash were brought in too. A furniture piece island was brought in to finish it off and this little 70’s ranch is ready for many new memories.
