The clients began this project on their own and then realized after 6-months they were tired of DiY-ing and asked us to come in and finish the project. Since they had already laid out their new floor plan we mostly helped with finishing out the second half of this kitchen and then it morphed into all new flooring for the main floor, new trim work and interior doors and a brand new secondary bathroom mostly seen by guests of fun dinner parties and holiday’s.

We introduced a waterfall effect into the entertaining kitchen as well as using the original backsplash material they had in the main kitchen and putting it on a different plane to create some differentiation between the two spaces. We used mixed metals in the finishes, incorporated a unique bar sink the client had special ordered and then installed the cabinetry they had ordered from the previous kitchen.

The homeowners love the way the new space works and we finished just in time for the holiday season of entertaining.
